Hey, I’m Olivia Lauren 𖤓 a Mentor for your reorientation.

I guide you into living in vital relationship — with your body, your life, and the greater living world.

Within this way of being, you meet the deeper layers of yourself — not just who you’ve learned to be, but who you actually are beneath it all.

As you come into relationship with your depth, your life begins to reorganize around it;

how you relate, how you connect, and how you move through the world shifts.

You find your place within the greater web of life — and your life starts to move in a way that feels clear, aligned, and truly your own…

rooted in what you’re here to live, experience, and offer.

I live a slow, cyclical life in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with my partner, our son, two dogs, my horse + the community herd.

My work is rooted in honoring the rhythms of life — the cycles, seasons, and transitions that shape us, and the lives we’re here to live.

I didn’t arrive here through theory,

I began by trying to understand my own experience — my body, my cycles, what I was feeling, moving through, and experiencing in this life.

Over time, I realized this work was never just about the body, it’s about relationship.

For many, this begins through the body — our physical vessel through which we experience life — through symptoms, through disconnection, through a subtle sense that something isn’t quite right.

These aren’t problems to fix, but invitations into something deeper.

this is the initiation.

“Our bodies are in constant, rhythmic change, but because so much of this is happening beneath our waking consciousness, we can feel out of control, or 'all at sea'. When we begin to notice the pattern of these cycles, their repetitive nature, their connection to nature beyond us, we can begin to feel not like victims unprepared for the weather, but like adventurers of days gone by, who navigate by nature -the pull of the tides, the placing of the stars and the gathering storm clouds."
